Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): website security, dissemination, Erasmus+ reporting.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions: retained until your inquiry is resolved.
Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
eLearning accounts: retained for the project duration or until deletion request.
Event registration data: retained until event conclusion, unless Erasmus+ reporting requires longer storage.
Analytics data: anonymised and retained for up to 26 months.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Children’s Data
Some of our websites and eLearning platforms are designed for use by students under the age of 16. To ensure compliance with data protection laws:
Children under 16 may use the platforms only with the authorisation and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible teacher / educator.
We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to provide educational services (e.g., login details, progress tracking).
